Our painting services are governed by a separate Residential Painting Services Agreement that you would sign before any work begins. These website Terms govern only your use of this website.

3 Use of the Website

3.1 Permitted use

5 Quote Requests and Estimates

5.1 No contract until signed

A quote or estimate provided through the website does NOT create a binding contract between you and Easy Peasy. A binding contract is created only when:

• Both parties sign a written Residential Painting Services Agreement
• The agreed deposit is received

Information you submit through the website is used only to prepare a quote and respond to your inquiry.

5.2 Accuracy of quotes

Quotes are based on information you provide and our reasonable estimate of project scope. Final pricing may differ if:

• Actual project scope differs from what was described
• Unforeseen conditions are discovered (wood rot, lead paint, structural issues, etc.)
• You request changes

Any pricing changes will be documented in writing as a Change Order and require your approval before execution.

5.3 Right to decline

We reserve the right to decline any project for any lawful reason, including but not limited to:

• Outside our service area
• Scope outside our capabilities
• Schedule conflicts
• Concerns about project feasibility or safety

6 Communications

By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive communications from us related to your inquiry, including:

• Email responses to your questions
• Text messages about scheduling and project updates
• Phone calls about your project
• Service-related notifications

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email. You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying "STOP." We will continue to send transactional communications (project updates, scheduling, payment confirmations) regardless of marketing preferences.

Our maximum aggregate liability arising from or relating to your use of this website is the greater of $100 or the amount you have paid Easy Peasy in the past 12 months for services. This limit does not apply to:

• Painting services performed under a signed Services Agreement (governed by that Agreement's terms)
• Liability that cannot be limited by law
• Our intentional misconduct or gross negligence

9.3 Some jurisdictions

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
