3.1 With service providers

We share information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate the business:

3.2 With subcontractors performing your work

Limited information (your name, address, phone number, project details) is shared with the vetted subcontractor crew assigned to your job. All Easy Peasy subcontractors:

• Sign a Master Agreement requiring confidentiality
• Pass criminal background checks (renewed annually)
• Are bound by non-solicitation provisions
• Are restricted from using customer information for any purpose beyond performing the job

3.3 With HOAs (for HOA-governed homes)

If you live in an HOA-governed community and we are preparing your ARC submission, we share required information (your name, address, project scope, contractor insurance, paint colors) with your HOA's management company and Architectural Review Committee.

3.4 With referring realtor partners

If a realtor partner referred you, we may notify them when the job is complete (for their internal records and so they can follow up with you appropriately). We do not share project details or payment information with realtor partners.

3.5 For legal reasons

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to defend our legal rights, protect ourselves or others from harm, or comply with regulatory obligations.

3.6 In a business transfer

If Easy Peasy is acquired, merged, or sells assets, customer information may transfer as part of that transaction. We will notify you in advance.

4 Your Choices and Rights

4.1 Marketing communications

You can opt out of marketing emails by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email. You can opt out of marketing text messages by replying "STOP." We will continue to send transactional messages (project updates, scheduling, payment receipts) regardless of marketing preferences.

4.2 Cookies
