- Note your community name, lot number, and current ARC chair contact
Stage 2: Pull your community's approved palette
- Most HOAs publish an approved color palette on their website or via the management company
- If yours doesn't: email the ARC chair or management company and request it in writing
- Save the palette — you'll need it for submission
Stage 3: Pick your colors (within the palette)
- Choose your primary, trim, accent, and front door colors
- Order physical samples — never trust a screen for color
- Test a 2x2 ft swatch on your actual house and view it morning, midday, evening
